The interns function as integral members of the Barton Executive Search team while gaining practical knowledge, skills and a sense of responsibility for the company’s objectives. The internship program is a “hands-on” learning experience providing undergraduate college students with an understanding of the services provided by Barton Executive Search.
These individuals also learn how each step in the BES process impacts and adds value to the client and candidate experience, while getting a “birds-eye” view of the inner workings of small, medium and large corporations. Additionally, interns gain exposure to the “business world” and corporate America through research and assigned projects to develop skills, professional judgment and a sense of responsibility.
